Job Summary
The Human Resource Officer will support the company’s people operations by implementing HR strategies and processes that foster productivity, engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
• Support training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures professionally.
• Maintain HR records and prepare periodic HR reports for management.
• Contribute to building a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years relevant HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or corporate sectors.
• CIPM certification is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
