Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience (preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or corporate setting).

Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Membership or certification with CIPM is an added advantage.
