Salary Range: ₦350,000 – ₦450,000 (Net Monthly)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) organization. The Product Manager will be responsible for one of our key service lines — VPN Services, Co-location Services, or Internet Services — and will act as the primary point of contact for all client matters related to the assigned product.
You will be at the heart of our enterprise business unit, ensuring clients’ needs are met, revenue opportunities are maximized, and service delivery exceeds expectations. This role combines sales leadership, client relationship management, and product performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within your assigned product line (VPN, Co-location, or Internet Services).
-Anticipate client needs, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
-Maintain and grow existing client accounts, driving renewals and upselling opportunities to boost revenue.
-Meet and engage new customers monthly, promoting and selling your assigned product.
-Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
-Monitor product performance and market trends to improve service offerings.
-Work cross-functionally with technical and project management teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
-A first degree or equivalent in any Social Science, Business, or related discipline.
-Minimum of 4 years’ cognate experience as a Key Account Manager or Product Manager within an ISP, ICT, or Telecoms environment.
-Prior experience selling technology or back-to-back solutions is essential.
-Technical knowledge of network-based services (VPN, Co-location, Internet) is a strong advantage.
-Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-value client relationships.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Must be extroverted, proactive, and target-driven, with a flair for networking and social engagement.
-Strong coordination and leadership ability — you will manage one or more Account Managers.
