A reputable restaurant is seeking EXPERIENCED CHEFS to make a difference!

Job description:

This role requires a high degree of creativity & knowledge in the art of Nigerian dishes, continental food & pastry

- Design innovative menu and signature recipes 

- Ensure consistent quality in preparation of all dishes

- Oversee kitchen staff and provide training where necessary 

- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu

- Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortage or overstocking 

- Implement best practices in inventory control, ensuring the timely receipt, storage and dispatch of goods 

Requirements:
